This is Jeffery with his jet-pack, created from the confusion about a program called Turbo Squid Tentacle. So yes, Jeffery is a squid. But every time I tried to draw a squid my mom said it looked like a... Uhm... Yeah... So I human-ized him! If he's anyone's character, he would be Radioactive-Unicorns since she named him, figured the colors, and was the first to draw him.
